Returns & Refund Policy

At Juicy J Glass, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • You must contact us and receive return authorization before sending anything back

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Custom-made or limited-edition pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@juicyjglass.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.

⚠️ Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

❌ Unauthorized Returns

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or late return will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
