At Juicy J Glass, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


๐Ÿ” Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • You must contact us and receive return authorization before sending anything back

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Custom-made or limited-edition pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

๐Ÿ’ฅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@juicyjglass.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, weโ€™ll determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.

โš ๏ธ Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

โŒ Unauthorized Returns

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or late return will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
