Below are the details of our current shipping and handling policies.


📦 Where We Ship

As of now, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🚚 Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom pieces or limited edition drops may take longer depending on availability and complexity. If additional time is needed, we’ll notify you via email.

🔒 Discreet & Secure Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure discretion. Your privacy is important to us. Fragile items are securely packed with protective materials to prevent breakage in transit.


📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS,USPS, Fedex depending on your location and order type.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


📬 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, weight, and delivery method. Any applicable taxes or duties are displayed during checkout.


📌 Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Juicy J Glass is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@juicyjglass.com.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit.


❗ Missed Deliveries or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once additional shipping fees are paid.
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery must be resolved with the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you in the process.
